Project Overview

Founded in 2013, LiveTrends is a company specializing in the sale and design of potted plants. They were very satisfied with the previous cooperation and now had another need for a new display rack.

Project Objectives

Project Process

The biggest challenge of this project is that there are relatively few orders. If we develop a new mold, the cost will be very high.

So We use automatic punching machines to solve the problem of pipe punching for customers, and use laser equipment to solve sheet metal cutting.

We solved the problem of a special fixing module for less than 100 US dollars by modified one of our tooling,

And used our rich supplier resources and plastic mold library to find the same pipe plug and bottom corner.

We have rich experience in plastic spraying and have information on various colors (optimal proportions, oven temperatures and baking times) to meet customers' any color needs.

Result

The customer has already placed an order.
