Project Overview

LiveTrends, founded in 2013, is a company focused on selling pot picking and its supporting products. Now they have a demand for a large shelf for pots.

Project Process

According to the customer's demand for hanging pots and having a curved shape of display shelf, we adopted the most cost-effective method of welding square tubes, which not only creates a curvature, but also gives the shelf enough strength to hang potted plants.

In order to make the product base more designed and highlight the LOGO, we have developed two versions of the shelf for customer reference.

Result

Currently, customers are still choosing between two versions of shelf.

We specialize in customized  metalworks(shelf,display stand). Various types of equipment also serve this purpose.

This can eliminate the trouble of tooling. In the past, developing a new product required high mold fees, but we solve this problem by updating equipment, and products can be developed with only a small amount or even no tooling fees.

Accelerating the development cycle of new products and reducing the development costs of new products are the future trend and our advantage.
