WHEELEEZ Inc is one of FORMOST's long-term cooperation customers which markets different kinds of beach carts worldwide. We are the main supplier for their metal cart frames, wheels and accessories. Recently, the customer plans to make a stainless steel bracket installed at the rear of the boat. This product mainly includes fixing plate, bracket, and arm, which require multiple processes such as laser cutting, punching, forming, bending, machining, welding, and electrolyzing.
The customer sent us a pair of sample and put forward their requirements: First, the whole set of products needs to be made of 316 stainless steel. Secondly ,the size and wall thickness of the tubes and metal sheets specified by customer to guarantee the strength and durability. Thirdly, the sliding pin part be replaced by machined plastic material. Our technician promptly quoted the product for them,stating the specification in detail. After confirming the quotation, customer placed a sample order for testing.
Our team followed the approved design and utilized the specified materials to ensure the high quality. Sample was completed in about 10 days and sent to customer for confirmation. Soon after about half a month, we received sample feedback from customers. They expressed satisfaction with the overall quality and finish of the sample. But customer wants to change the structure of the bracket to make it more convenience for users to operate the arms. We redraw the production drawings according to the customer's new idea and re-made the second version of the sample. Soon the customer confirmed the sample structure and placed a bulk order.
In the process of mass production, customers temporarily request to add accessories and modify structure of the product. Upon receiving the feedback, we promptly contacted the customer to discuss the details of the bulk order. The customer conducted a thorough inspection of the bulk goods when completed. They were pleased with the quality and functionality of the products. They also commended our ability to adapt quickly and make timely adjustments to meet their changing needs.
